Windows 10: UGEE 2150 settings not available on Windows 10?

Hello,

Recently I've been trying to turn on pressure sensitivity on my UG-2150 tablet, but noticed that the calibration options is missing from the hidden icons task bar completely. Or, if I try to open Pentablet, it says that there's no tablet detected. I'm not sure what started this, can't even recall when it happened, just noticed it when I tried to turn on my pressure sensitivity. I have tried updating to the most recent driver version of the tablet with no luck. Is this is Windows 10 problem? Please help. Thanks.

Ugee 2150 Tablet Monitor has cursor offset onto second monitor

Thank you for your reply(s). I have updated to Windows 10 build 1803. Reinstalled the latest driver and run the troubleshooter but the problem remains the same

The issue is that when I touch the screen of my Ugee 2150 with the pen the cursor moves to the other monitor and then tracks the movement of the pen on the Ugee screen on the other monitor.

It used to seem that Windows is seeing the desktop as one large area plotted from the right hand side of monitor number two becasue the offset of the cursor used to get smaller as I moved the pen to the left of the Ugee 2150 screen.

However I have checked just now and in fact this no longer happens. What happens is that the cursor tracks the movement on the Ugee 2150 on the wrong monitor.

Any help would be gratefully received because I'd like to keep working on my tablet and using the monitor number 2 for displaying reference materials?

Hello, I'm running Win 10 version 1709 build 16299.371 with two monitors one of which is an Ugee 2150. My issue is that the monitor worked fine connected to an IOS device but since I switched to my Windows machine the cursor is so offset that it is moving
around on the other monitor not the Ugee 2150.

What I tried so far:

A, Uninstalling the driver and restart, Windows then saw the monitor as a touch tablet and the offset was gone BUT there was no pressure sensitivity.

B, Reinstalling the original (that shipped with the monitor) Ugee driver and restart. Took me back to square one, huge cursor offset.

C, Downloading the latest Ugee driver (for build 1709) still no good, cursor still offset onto the other monitor.

To be clear when i say that the cursor is offset so as to be on the other monitor it is tracking the motion from the Ugee but displaying the cursor and moving it on the second monitor.

Taps and interactions also track accurately only on the wrong monitor owing to the cursor offset.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated at this point.

Edit: booted to safe mode and the monitors were mirrored and the Ugee was tracking like in point A above. Rebooted and back to the offset.

 

UGEE 2150 Program Issues

I have the same problem. I am running Windows 10 Insider Preview on a surface pro 3. When I download, and install, the Ugee drivers, whether or not I use compatibility mode the pen input on the Ugee stops working. If I roll back or don't install the Ugee
drivers, cursor is out of position by about 3 inches laterally when using Artrage and I can't configure the pen buttons on the Ugee stylus. Although it works OK with Sketchbook Pro as a basic stylus.

Is there a clash between the surface pen input and the Ugee pen input?
