Windows 10: UGEE HK1060 Prp driver for windwo 10

Hello there,

I tried to installed UGEE HK1060 pro tablet driver to my Window 10 laptops using CD comes with the tablet. It was not successful. I could not find tablet control panel. I looked at the UGEE.net and found only test driver for HK 1060 as mentioned in one of the post here. I sent an enquiry eamil to UGEE support. Haven't got answer yet. could you please help me.

UGEE 1910b running on Windows 10?

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft community forum.

Could you please help me with the below information:

1. How is the device connected to the computer?
   
2. What happens when you turn on the device?
   
3. What is the make and model of the computer?
   

This issue is an indication of faulty drivers or incompatible
driver.
This issue can be fixed mostly by updating the drivers from the manufacturer website.


I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

Method 1: Run inbuilt troubleshooter.

1. Click on the Settings icon from the start menu.
   
2. Click on Update and security > Click on Troubleshoot.
3. Click Hardware and Devices on the right pane and click on
   Run the troubleshooter.
4. Follow the On screen instructions and let us know if it fixes the issue.
   

Method 2: Installing Drivers.

I would suggest you the download the Test Driver 2018
available in the UGEE website. I would also suggest you to go through the system requirements in the
1910B
Manual, as per the manual the device is only compatible with Windows 2000 /XP/VISTA/Windows 7. This might be the cause, the device is not working properly.

UGEE 2150 Program Issues

I have the same problem. I am running Windows 10 Insider Preview on a surface pro 3. When I download, and install, the Ugee drivers, whether or not I use compatibility mode the pen input on the Ugee stops working. If I roll back or don't install the Ugee
drivers, cursor is out of position by about 3 inches laterally when using Artrage and I can't configure the pen buttons on the Ugee stylus. Although it works OK with Sketchbook Pro as a basic stylus.

Is there a clash between the surface pen input and the Ugee pen input?

 

Ugee 1910b Not responding And problems with Krita

Hello,

You might be experiencing this issue because the current device drivers on your
UGEE 1910b tablet is not playing nice with Windows. As such, we recommend that you check UGEE's website for the latest drivers. If the issue persists while using the latest drivers, try using older ones.

Additionally, driver updates for Windows 10 and many devices (such as tablets, network adapters, monitors, printers, and video cards) can be automatically downloaded and installed through Windows Update. See:
Update drivers in Windows 10. After updating drivers, try if you will experience the same issue while using built-in
drawing apps like Paint or Paint3D.

To also isolate the cause of this problem, we suggest that you
run the hardware troubleshooter. This tool can help diagnose and fix hardware issues.

1. Click Start.
2. On the search bar, type Troubleshooting, and click on
   Troubleshooting from the results.
3. Click Hardware and Sound.
4. Under Device, click Hardware and Devices.
