Windows 10: ughhhh

Discus and support ughhhh in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; So i tried using ISOBurn to get some unrelated to this bootable system recovery on a WD My PassPort external harddisk not flash, like i cracked it open...     So i tried using ISOBurn to get some unrelated to this bootable system recovery on a WD My PassPort external harddisk not flash, like i cracked it open and it had a literal drive in there in case of a future system breakdown, but now it shows it as this, and it cant be formatted or reset or anything, and im afraid to uninstall it in the Properties menu to the right of the right clicked area. This cost lots of money, and i need it fixed the data that was on it already was backed up.
