Windows 10: UI error

Hi all need your help please.
I downloded a game and installed it. When i tried opening ,i recieved an error :" UI not found. Please check that you have the proper UI resourse files".
What does it meen, and how can i fix it?

I think that phone is not support your application...

Copy that file to phone by using Nokia Phone Browser and start installation via phone UI -> What error message phone UI shows (or can you install it)???

- Wich version of Windows are you currently using?
- What game are you trying to install, also is it a Steam game?
- Also, did you torrent it or buy it legitimate from an online retailer?

Im using windows 10
i bought it legitimate online.
the game is" Governor of poker" from YOUDA games

 

Is it a flash based game? If so, do you have the latest version installed?

 

Im not sure its a flash game, i think it is.
How should i find out?
I will try to download latest version.
