Windows 10: UI navigation problem

Hi, I have a problem so when i press the TAB key either in my browser or on the desktop i navigate the UI with it and white outlines appear and when i try to alt+tab its the same but i cant type anything I would be grateful if anyone will help me

Windows Application does not respond when navigating in the UI and this issue occurs randomly. I tried to debug this but couldn't succeed.

Problem Navigating The Bios

My Acer uses F2 to enter bios and F12 for the one-time boot menu too. That one-time boot menu is generated by the bios, so it may be subject to the same inability to navigate it from the keyboard as the OP has when using F2. Worth a try though.

 

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
