Windows 10: UK based Windows 10 laptop shows location as Palma on each startup

Hi, we have a Windows 10 laptop that is based in Somerset, UK but when it is turned on and logged in, it defaults to Madrid time and when going to Maps, google maps, MSN it shows as a location of Palma.The local ISP is BT and shows a uk based IP address when doing whats my ip, all language settings are set to English UK, I work out why it keeps defaulting to Palma as a location when there does not seem to be any reason for thisAny help on this would be much appreciatedChris

Windows 10 - cannot add exec to Startup in Task Manager

I purchased a new computer with Windows 10 already installed. I am trying to add an exec to the startup list but Win10 will not accept it. The exec runs successfully on my Windows 10 machine if I start it manually.

Steps I've taken: Task Manager, Startup Tab, File>Run New Task. (browse to location, select.) It will start immediately, but does not show up on the list to autostart, nor does it start on reboot.

Any suggestions?

Startup programs not launching on startup

Replying to Brink none of that works here is why- Step 1- No items listed in startup on task manager as stated. Step 2- I dont have shell:Startup on the pc as it cannot be located Step 3- I dont understand that option also the startup folder cannot be found Step 4- No apps showing under startup on settings Step 5- Dont have access to advanced options at all for any apps Step 6- Doesn't work. Thanks for trying - - - Updated - - - @dalchina, Will try the program now and no I have no suitable restore points and also nothing that I am aware of has been updated besides for Windows Updates but nothing major. WIll respond once I try the program.
