Windows 10: Ultra Performance Mode

I had to reinstall Windows to put it on my NVME. Before when it was on my SSD, I had the option for Ultra Performance Mode for the power options. Now with windows reinstalled and etc. The option is no longer there. All I see is Balanced, High and Power Saver. How come? Where did Ultra Performance go?

• Did you remove the USB 3.1 PCIe card when you attempted to use the built-in USB ports on your device?
• If the answer is yes, did you also reinstall the USB device drivers?

• Which version and build of Windows 10 is installed on your device?
