idk why but my msn weather thing is showing 100+ temps in farenheit later in the month. is this a glitch i can fix?

Diversos problemas durante a restauração de um notebook Lenovo

Ok, então... Estou tendo uma série de problemas com a restauração do meu notebook Ideapad Gaming 3i i7 da Lenovo e a essa altura eu realmente não sei afirmar se o problema é no software ou hardware.

Tudo começou quando o notebook teve um problema repentino durante a instalação de um aplicativo (não sei dizer se é correlacionado) e o notebook me enviou para a tela de Reparo Automático do Windows. Tentei soluções básicas como reiniciar o notebook entre outras opções que o próprio Windows dá nessa tela mas nenhuma dessas funcionou. Depois de um tempo nessa brincadeira eu resolvi restaurar o notebook e tive uma série de erros, dentre eles:

• Popup: "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To instal Windows click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation"
  
• Popup: "O Windows não pôde concluir a instalação. Para instalar o Windows neste computador, reinicie a instalação."
  
• Tela preta escrito "Um momento..." por horas
  
• Tela inicial com os perfis "Administrador" e "defaultuser0" (nenhum funcionando)
  

Todos esses erros eu tentei resolver abrindo perguntas similares pelo Suporte da Microsoft e indo pelas respostas mais votadas mas ainda sim o computador não conseguiu finalizar a restauração.

Tenho algum conhecimento de software mas os meus conhecimentos em hardware são quase nulos e eu não sei o que fazer, eu deveria levar em um técnico ou ainda consigo resolver?
