Windows 10: 'Un recognized PO UP'

Quite frequently I am getting a pop-up as seen in the picture.On clicking the link there on I am directed to this address.C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.WidgetsPlatformRuntime_1.4.0.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\WidgetServiceIs this a malware ?How can I avoid this?Dr Abdul Rasheed

backup drive not recognized

As per the description, I understand that the external backup is not being recognized. I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter and check for status.

• Type “Troubleshooting” in search box and press Enter.
• Click on “View All” option on top left pane.
• Select “Hardware and Devices” from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.

Windows 10 not recognizing Samsung Galaxy S6

• Click on View All in the left navigation pane.

Also, I would suggest you to check if you get any options or any notification that the device is recognized in your phone when it is connected to the system. If so, then change the options in the phone and check for status.

USB device not recognized spam

In addition, we suggest that you turn off the notifications from the USB by following these steps:

• Open Settings by typing "settings" in Cortana's search box.
• Click on Devices.
• Locate USB and toggle the switch to Off.
