    locker.bat file acess denied

    i have tried booting into safe mood and changing permisiion...it used to open up as a cmd program that would let me acess my photos...now it doesn't open up and gives an error...I tried opening it as "run as an admin" the cmd opens and disappears right away...

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you due to this issue. I would like to assist you with further information from here.

    From the description provided, I understand that you are unable to access external hard drives due to user permission denial.

    As an initial recommendation, I suggest you to check if the same issue occurs when are logged in as built-in-administrator.

    Follow the below steps, to enable the built in administrator account

    • Press the Windows key t+ R from the keyboard to open the Run Command Dialog Box
    • Enter cmd and right-click on the Command Prompt result that should appear.
    • This opens a list of options at the bottom. Select Run as administrator there.
    • Accept the UAC prompt
    • Enter the following command to enable the hidden administrator account:
      net user administrator /active:yes
    "Access Denied" or other errors when you access or work with files and folders in Windows
