Windows 10: Unable add Microsoft 365 account to my computer

We're in the process of configuring a computer with a Microsoft Business standard account. The computer is currently connected to the local domain. Now, I'm attempting to add another account to Microsoft 365 Office, which was provided by the admin for Business standard. However, we're encountering error code 80192EE7 and an invalid client. How can we troubleshoot and resolve this issue?
