Windows 10: unable read microsd card

when i insert the microsd card using the adapter i get the following error. I receive this on windows 10 as well as windows 11.The IO operation at logical block address 0x0 for Disk 1 PDO name: \Device\000000ec was retried.Event ID : 153source: disk

C6-01 Rm-718 does not read MicroSD anymore. MicroSD works with a usb-reader

Update.

I tryed another one and it works. So the problem is in MicroSD (guess).

MicroSd card result unable to write or format but correctly working in Windows as reading is available.

Any idea?

Music Sync with microsd card

I am having all kinds of problems using my microsd card to sync music. I have a Lumia 822. I can sync music to my phone without issue. But, if I try to sync music to my microsd card, I get duplicate listings of songs. And, every time I try to re-sync,
the song is listed again. This doesn't happen for every song, but for many. I have tried two different microsd cards - one is 32g and the other 64. Same problem for both. Any suggestions?

Lumia 635 microSD card issue.

We purchased 2 Lumia 635's here a couple of months ago, and for the most part they have been working flawlessly, however, my fiancée's phone has one slight bug that I can't wrap myself around.

For whatever reason, her microSD card cannot be read by the phone, nor can it be read via USB cable.

Here is what I have done to troubleshoot:

• I swapped microSD cards, and I could read hers on my phone, but could not read mine on hers.
• I read my microSD card on my W8.1 computer both through USB cable and through the reader with no problem.
• I read her microSD card on my W8.1 computer both through USB cable and through the reader with no problem.
• I formatted her micoSD card on my W8.1 computer, and it worked fine.
  • When I inserted it into her phone, it did not see it.
  • When I tried to format it on her phone, it did not see it.
  • When I tried to look at Storage Sense, it was grayed out.

Any ideas as to what could be going on?
