    Unable to access computer. Bitlocker screen came up after an automatic update no key...


    We did not create a bitlocker account and unable to get past bitlocker screen. There are no files we actually need. We have also tried to download Windows on a drive to recover, but we're getting an error that brings us back to the bitlocker screen. It basically is making our computer unusable, and it's only 3 months old.It's ridiculous that there is no support number for Microsoft.
