  1. Unable to access files stored in onedrive across devices

Hi there, I have uploaded some ".txt", ".pdf" and many more files in my onedrive folder on my pc and tried to access it on my laptop then I am getting this error on my laptop when accessing files - Windows cannot find 'C:\Users\@username\OneDrive\Documents\file.txt'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. Note:- I have used same account in both the device and used Free up space option for those files on my pc.When accessing those file from online through browser it works as it should be, but without going online it is not. Can someone please explain me what is going wrong

    :)

  3. Need help with signing in to Microsoft Store, Office, and OneDrive

    Hello everyone,

I'm having trouble signing in to the Microsoft Store, Office, and OneDrive on my Windows device. Whenever I try to sign in, I receive two error messages: 0x8007000e (Unable to connect.) and 0x80860010 (This app has issued too many requests.

    Press Retry to continue.).

I have tried several troubleshooting steps, including:

    • Restarting my computer
    • Checking my network connection
    • Resetting my network settings
    • Running the sfc /scannow command
    • Running the DISM command
I have also tried everything possible to repair the Microsoft Store, including:

    • Running the Windows Store App troubleshooter
    • Running the Get-AppXPackage command
    • Running the wsreset.exe command
    • Resetting the Microsoft Store cache
But nothing seems to be working.

This problem is preventing me from synchronizing my files on OneDrive, using Office applications, and accessing the software I need from the Microsoft Store. It's causing significant inconvenience.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or advice on how to resolve this issue.

Has anyone else experienced similar problems and found a solution?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Unable to access files stored in onedrive across devices

OneDrive Personal Vault - accessing from Android device

I am trying to access my OneDrive Personal Vault using my Samsung Galaxy S10 smartphone.
Whatever I try I end up with a screen telling me to create a Personal Vault, rather than opening the existing one, which was in fact the 'starting point'.

    Steps taken:
    - sign in using my Outlook account
    - select verification method (send a code to my gmail account)
    - paste that into the verification screen

After clicking [Verify] I get this "Create a Personal Vault"-screen.

    Any suggestions?
