    Unable to access folders, app due to deleted administration account.


    Hi, wanna ask some guide. I using my university Microsoft account on my laptop. The account is deleted. Now my laptop doesn't allow me to access my apps, folder as in download, picture, documents etc. I don't have any backup on the laptop and no other user. I did try to add user and change it to administration but not working. Mine Microsoft version was Enterprise at time I use the university Microsoft account. I try upgrade it to pro still not working. I try to downgraded it but during the installation setting, the option to kept the app is not available as it said the version is not th

    Does anyone know how to delete an administrator account from another os on another partition (or using a live cd)?

    I dont have access to the administrator account and i need to remove the other administrator account

    I have an operating system with three accounts on it, 2 administrators and 1 limited
    I need to delete one of the administrators but i have no access to the other
    I can plug the hard drive into other computers to access it from there
