Windows 10: Unable to access my Sticky Notes on my Win 11 system PC

Hello everyone,Thank you in advance for the help you might be able to give me with the following issue...I cannot access my Sticky Notes on my Win 11 system PC and I have very important info there that I must be able to retrieve ASAP. When trying to access the account, where I believe my Sticky Notes are, I'm triggering the following error code: CAA2000B .This was an account created by my cellphone line provider to grant me "free" access to Microsoft 365: I have no idea if or why my Sticky Notes ended up there instead of my usual account.

Unable to access sticky notes

My sticky notes have disappeared, the application shows on the task bar with a red underline but I am unable to load it or create a new note. I have added the Windows Ink Workspace to the task bar as suggested in another post but when I select sticky notes
the screen is transparent (I can see the previous application I was using, and there is a red box in the top right hand corner with an X which is the only option available and this does exit me back to the previous application. I have no access to my sticky
notes and have important information on them.

Can any one suggest a solution

Sticky Note Missing

Let's see if with the following steps we can solve the problem:

1.- Open >> Sticky notes, when located on the taskbar (Right click on the option) >> Select: List of Notes, now check if your note is in that list.

2.- Follow the steps suggested by the Windows MVP in your article

Sticky notes may have encountered a system file corruption that caused this. We suggest that you run the

Windows app troubleshooter for this issue. Meanwhile, we also recommend that you reset your Sticky Notes app by following the steps below:

• Click the Windows icon and click Settings.
• Click System, and then click Apps & features on the left menu.
• Click on Sticky Notes on the list found on your right menu, click
  Advanced options link, and click the Reset button.
• Click the Reset button again when you see the confirmation dialog to reset Sticky Notes app.
• Close the Settings window and check your Sticky Notes app.
