Windows 10: unable to access Print Shop 3.5

I have Print Shop 3.5 Deluxe getting the following message "An internet connection is required to access the clip art and ready-made projects"....I 'm online so why it is giving me this message. I would like to attach the screenshot of message but I'm not offered a paperclip to attach it.I can't even access saved projects that require internet access.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to print documents in the Windows 10 and check if it helps:

Step 1:

1. Open Photo gallery and click on the photo that you want to print.

2. Click on the file tab from the top left side of the page.

3. Next select print and again print.

you will be able to print.

If however you are unable to find the print option then follow step 2.

Step 2:

• Once the document/picture is open in, press
  Ctrl+P.
• Click Print as PDF button.
• Check if the document prints as expected.

Unable to access internet with certain programs

I have a Compaq Presario CQ62 running Windows 10. I am unable to access the internet with a couple programs. I downloaded the update from Windows 7 to 10. Everything runs fine but HP's support program and Print Shop V22.

I googled the problem and tried some of the suggestions listed, but I still can't access the internet. I am using Firefox and it connects fine along with Norton Internet Security. Any suggestions?

Print shop 3.5

I'm unable to print from print shop 3.5. It says program not responding. I have windows 10 and have

printed before using the program.
