Unable to access shared folders on USB Hard Drive after latest Windows 10 update

On 8/11/2020, each of my four network PCs updated to Windows 10 Pro, version 10.0.19041, build 19041. Following that update, none of them can access my shared USB Hard Drive through the network. The share settings on my USB Hard Drive have not changed. They still allow read/write sharing for Everyone. I just discovered that prior to applying the latest Windows 10 update, Windows did NOT create system restore points on any of my PCs. How can I fix this issue, so I can access my USB Hard Drive from any network PC?

    :)

Unable to access shared folders on USB Hard Drive after latest Windows 10 update

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
