Windows 10: Unable to access Spectrum Email

Since upgrading to Windows 11, I have been unable to access my Spectrum Email at their website. I tried using both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, with no success. I had no such problem with Windows 10. The email is still accessible on Windows Mail. Is this some sort of security issue caused by the change to TPM-2 in Windows 11? Does TPM-2 require changes to the traffic rules in my Firewall? Has anyone else had this problem?

With my new computer & Win10 Im unable to get my emails through Outlook & cant access my email contact list either

i just followed the instructions that were given to me in an email my windows 10 problem was resolved not because of anything windows did , the problem was with my internet provider i changed from Direct TV to Spectrum and did not ask spectrum to add my
wifi back on an my new internet access.
