    Hello,I can't access any of the window's inbuilt app, like paint, snip etc.. Bad image error coming 0xc0000020 and asking mfc140u.dll is either not designed to run windows. I have tried to update the windows but still the problem is not resolved. Screenshot for the error popup is attached. Could you please help me to resolve this issue.Regards,Arun

    "Skype.exe - Bad Image and the error status code is 0xc0000020

    I am having a problem with my windows 10. When i try to open my pc, the very first thing to show up without even opening apps is this "Skype.exe - Bad Image and the error status code is 0xc0000020. My computer is log, i cant open other apps because my mouse courser is kept on loading. Please help me fix this asap. I need to study..thank you

    Recently ive been having some programs stop working.

    IE: Battle.net.exe - Bad Image

    C:\\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\msdmo.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status
    0xc0000020

    I have attempted to revert to a previous save, it failed. I attempted to reset to factory settings, it failed. Usually stopping before 40%, then stopping and not deleting or reinstalling anything. It will no longer install Windows updates.

    I am running Windows 10 online upgrade.

    How do i fix this?

    Getting Error code 0xc0000020 bad image error

    Original title: new Windows 10

    I have only installed this a couple of days ago. The first day all was OK but next day I got Bad Image errors because of windows\system32\wininet.ddll with an error status 0xc0000020 This happens with many apps that were in my previous window 7 installation.
    Incredimail, Segate ,utorrent and almost any new application I download cause the same error an fails to install.

    If I don't get a solution soon I will quite windows 10 and revert to windows 7

    I have failed to find a solution so far so I have just joined the Community
