Windows 10: unable to access web passwords

Discus and support unable to access web passwords in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; although most of my stored web passwords work ok 3 or 4 seem corrupted but when I access manage your credentials then web credentials it shows no web...
