Windows 10: Unable to access windows and get error message 8007139f everytime I try fixing it

I recently restarted my pc and when it turned back on I was unable to access windows, I tried everything including resetting my pc but got the same error message every time which was 8007139f, I got my pc around 3 months ago and is the ibuypower intel core i5 rtx 4060 version.

I already solved this a looooong time ago. I just had to clear the TPM key and then unlock the drive via the restore key.
