Windows 10: Unable to Activate a Newly Purchased Windows 10 Home

I cannot activate the Windows 10 Home I purchased yesterday from Office Works. I have entered the product code an Microsoft keeps redirecting me all over the place rather than actually allowing me to activate it.

Here are some suggestions you can try in order to solve this issue.

• I would suggest you log with your Microsoft Account on
  https://account.live.com make sure your birth date, time&date and the time zone are correct.
  

• If you are having this issue on your Windows Phone, please check the time and date on the phone as well (<<settings <<time&date) and set them on manual.
  

• Please also log with the same Microsoft account to
  http://www.xbox.com and make sure you have created you Gamertag.

• As a last step, please just do a soft reset of the phone (if the issues are on you r Windows Phone)

Press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons for 20 seconds, until the phone vibrates. Once it vibrates, release the buttons and the phone should restart.

how to activate bluetooth in Windows 10

As you have suggested; typing "settings" in the search box, Network & Internet did not show up.

I am using Win 10 and I am trying to activate or configure my newly purchase "Sculpt Comfort Mouse" I am unable to do so because it will not sync with my computer.

Your suggestion:

Type Settings in the search box.

  Click on Network and Internet.

  In the left pane, click on Flight Mode.
  
• 
  Under “Wireless Device” and then “Bluetooth” change the switch from off to on to enable Bluetooth and switch it from on to off to disable Bluetooth.
