Windows 10: Unable to activate notifications - Windows 10

I'm unable to activate the app notifications. I dont know why, but this is disabled.
When I put the mouse above the notification icon, I can see the message informing that "the notifications is disabled"





When I access the configurations I can see that the "show app notifications" is disabled, but i'm unable to activate it.





Someone know how fix it?

I am currently unable to see any notifications from my apps in windows 10 due to the fact that I can't activate them.

As you can see from the screen shot the settings are being managed by my organisation, whatever that means.

any help as to how to activate the notifications?

Hi, if you right click the Action Centre icon in the task bar, you should see 'Turn Off Quiet Hours'. Click this and hopefully all will be well.

 

I check the "Turn off quiet hours", and this option is not enabled.





I tried to do a lot of things... uninstall the antivirus, edit the registry, the policies, create a new user, but the problem persists.

 

Hi, possible conflict with your AV. (I don't know what you use as it's not in your specs).

Open the following, and search for "There is a conflict with my anti-virus and firewall program" half way down for useful posts.
