Windows 10: Unable to Activate of Flight Simulator Gold on Widows 10 after following all steps.

I have tried all the methods to activate my FSX even though it said I had activated it. At the start it comes up with 1-80004005 and then stops after 30 Min. Twice been with Microsoft on the phone but people I talked to about the problem did not help and frankly had no idea what FSX is.How do I get this fixed. I have owned FSX since 2006.

Thankyou for reply, it is Flight sim X gold edition, By midnight last night I had it up and running

I typed in search box , flight simulator run, and it eventually fired up and ran ok? why do I not have it

Listed with other Microsoft software, Edge and news etc and no icon to start it with on desk top,?

I understood that you cannot activate Flight Simulator X on your laptop. The first step that I can advise that you take is to fix the incomplete installation of the app. It may resolve the problem

Flight Simulator X Gold Edition


I have it installed & is activated on line, but unable to use it. I can locate it in, Settings/System/Apps & Features. When I click on Modify (to try to activate it) I receive this error message:-
"Error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified log file location exists an is writable"
Can anyone explain &

help me with this?
