Windows 10: Unable to activate windows 10

I have gone through all the processes to activate windows 10 and this is the error I am gettingWe can’t activate your copy of Windows as the digital license for this device has already been used to reactivate Windows.I only have 1 pc and this is it and I don't have windows 10 on any other device. I recently had the pc rebuilt and need to reactivate windows 10 please. Any ideas on how I can do that. Thank you

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
