Windows 10: Unable to Activate Windows 10

Hi there,


My Windows was not activated so I purchased a Windows 10 Pro digital license from LifetimeKey.in.


Now the problem is that I'm unable to activate Windows with the key they provided. It says "Something interrupted our troubleshooting. make sure you're connected to the internet, wait for a few minutes and try again error code: 0x80070057"

I also tried updated the Windows and a few other methods I found on Microsoft's forum like clearing the current key, etc but it's not working.


I also tried to reach the chat support but it is not connecting me with a person, in the end it gives option to call the support number and ask the community.


In the email in which I got the key, it is written that "Attention: You have to Activate this Product key within 3 days." Is there anything wrong with the key provider?


I don't want to install the Windows again because there's a lot of data on the laptop.

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
