Windows 10: Unable to Activate Windows 11 by Phone in Qatar Telephone Number is Not Working

HelloI'm having trouble activating my Windows 11 copy in Qatar using a product key its a Windows 10 pro product key .Problem: * Activation Troubleshooter Not Working * The number displayed in the "Activate by phone" pop-up window seems to be incorrect. It shows "974 4 119418," which doesn't connect when called. * My product key has been used on multiple PCs before due to resets.What I've Tried: * I used the troubleshooter within Windows 11, but it didn't resolve the issue. * I found the correct phone number for Qatar from the Microsoft website: 974 4 411 9418. So I had an old rig that was running a RETAIL version of Win XP Home. Well the thing died. I want to use the product key from that old machine to do a win 7 upgrade, however, I cannot seem to find Microsoft's support number anywhere on their site, instead it redirects me to a page and here's what it says:

Well guess freakin what, THE COMPUTER IS DEAD, THEREFORE I CAN NOT DO ANY OF THOSE DAMN THINGS!!!!!!! *Bang Head :banghead:

This is seriously getting on my nerves!

Even googling it takes me to the same place. Does anyone have the number for their "Activation services" department?
