Windows 10: Unable to activate windows after Sysprep

I was creating a new image from scratch. Clean windows install, added various programs I needed on these machines. Sysprep and took an image, after enabling admin account and putting on the domain I am unable to put the windows key in. When I do I am getting: "Unable to activate Windows. It looks like the hardware on this device has changed. Make sure you're connected to the internet and try again later. (0xc0ea000a)"I have tried running Sysprep again, this time without generalizing and putting the key in before putting on the domain. Getting the same error message. Also, the internet connection is fine. Has anyone run into this before and if so how did you resolve?

Windows 10 1709 sysprep fail

Hi,

I had the same problem, checked the logs and they basically said Windows was unable to remove the Miracast app.

Tried multiple suggestions, nothing worked until I found this:

Failed to sysprep and capture Windows 10 Fall Creators 1709

Basically Microsoft have pushed out their 1709 image without the Miracast app installed, to fix:

• Copy the C:\Windows\MiracastView folder from a working 1703 build into the C:\Windows directory on the 1709 machine
• Restart and then run sysprep

Sysprep should then run successfully!
