Windows 10: Unable to activate Windows even with Troubleshooter

I had a major hardware change Motherboard, so my Windows 10 Pro is now deactivated. I get a watermark on the bottom right corner of my monitor's screen that says "Activate Windows. Go to settings to activate Windows." I tried using the Troubleshooter under Activation in Settings and I get the message:"Troubleshooting has completed. We can't activate your copy of Windows. Make sure that you're connected to the Internet and try again. If you're connected to the Internet and continue seeing this problem, contact your system administrator for more information. Contact Support to Get Help. Close.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Hi Lucas,

We would appreciate if you could provide more details about the issue. Is your computer connected to a (domain) secured network? Aside from updating the computer, have you performed any changes prior to the issue?

In the meantime, we suggest following the steps provided on these article:
