Windows 10: Unable to add EnglishIndia as language for speech recognition

I have Win 11 Home single language OS. I was trying to add EnglishIndia to windows speech recognition under Control Panel\Ease of Access\Speech Recognition\Advance sppech recognition options .But there I can see only English US /UK and settings option is grayed out. The MS support person said since I have single language pack I need to upgrade it. Can anyone confirm this?

Unable to open Speech Recognition in Italian language

I'm unable to open the Speech Recognition: it says the language system is different from the speech recognition language.

I check it and see:

• system language: Italian
• in the speech recognition options (from the control panel in desktop mode) I see only English USA

But Cortana and all the System are Italian, and if I go to Control Panel ---> Area I see Italian is installed (along with the keyboard), and it's the primary language.

I found an Italian language pack direct download link, but I prefer the standard way.

How can I get the Italian recognition speech?

Change Speech Recognition language

To change the Speech Recognition language, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key. Type Speech settings, then hit
  Enter.
  
• Under Speech language, select your preferred language (e.g.
  English).

Vista and speech recognition

Just wondering if some one could help with a issue i am getting with this.

speech recognition could not start because the language configuration is not supported.

recognizer language must match the language of the user interface. Please change the recognizer language in the speech recognition control panel under advanced options.

As far as i know it's setup right ? Anyone have any insight on solving this ?..
