  1. Unable to add new PIN after new motherboard installed Win 10

I just had a new motherboard professionally updated by Dell. Windows 10. I had bitlocker on, and have the correct recovery key. Once installed, I had to set up a new login PIN, however, after successfully adding it, when I went to set up the fingerprint, the PIN disappeared. I rebooted and had to re-enter my bitlocker key. When I try to set up a sign on PIN, I get "Something went wrong. Try again, or select Cancel to set up your device later." No amount of rebooting and trying again works. I've suspended Bitlocker but the same problem exists. How do I get a PIN added? Do I need to clear the TP

  3. New Motherboard

I am in process of building a new computer. If I download Windows 10 Home from the Microsoft Store now will I be able to use it to install on the new motherboard. If so what steps do I need to take once I download and activate it.

Unable to add new PIN after new motherboard installed Win 10

New motherboard, CPU SSD drives and fresh Win 10 Home install.

My old motherboard with Win 10 Pro (upgraded from 7) died and I just replaced it with a new motherboard, processor (AMD), new M12 SSD, new SATA SSD and fresh install of new Win 10 Home on the M12 SSD. I also have two SATA HDD drives installed from the
original configuration with all of my original installed programs. Will I have to reinstall all of the original programs or can I edit the registry to point to the HDD location and run the original programs?
