Windows 10: UNABLE TO ADD VISA CARD

I am unable to add visa card in microsoft account, it is an international debit card and the international payment service has been activated through net banking, every details is correctly entered. still the error message is reflected... Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card. why i am unable to add VISA card.... plz resolve.

Visa card issue

i am unable to add my Visa card and select my country which is Malta as it is locked in UK thus i am not able to purchase application.

 

Egypt doesn't exist on the country list for adding a visa card. How can I add one ?

I want to add a visa card in order to buy some applications, How can I add a visa card when my country "Egypt" doesn't exist in the list of countries.

 

Charge on VISA card

On 07/11/2020 a charge occurred on our VISA card of #134 for MICROSOFT ANSWERDESK which we did not use.

The VISA card # is 4388576137454511

I called Chase Bank and they reimbursed me.

However, the same charge with the same date showed up the next two billings.

QUESTION: Was there a charge either for Gisela Or Donald Clemons on 07/11/2020 to this card?
