Windows 10: unable to block win11 driver updates

Win11 clean install on new inspiron 16 5620, only wifi drivers installed and enabled so far.Windows keeps trying to update drivers, despite doing all I can short of regedit to disable them.Went into device installation settings and clicked no though it doesn't prompt anything about drivers, only apps, so it seems less extensive than before and saved changes. Also am running OOshutup to block all driver downloads/installations. No luck. Installed and ran gpedit.msc, configured windows update settings to "do not include drivers" when doing windows update. Under End user settings, configured up

Unable to Update Intel Graphics Drivers

I'm having a bit of a hard time with this driver update. Currently I'm on 10.18.10.4425 and need to update to 15.33.43.4425 however partway through the process the PC locks up and is unable to continue. I'm using the update tool I downloaded from the website so there shoud be no problems right?

Edge Browser Blocked by WIN11

WINDOWS 11 HAS 90% BLOCKED EDGE BROWSER. I had already permanently uninstalled Chrome, since it had security breaches almost every week. Ever since I upgraded to WIN11 I began to have problems, but they were not constant. My computer is compatible with WIN11 as per the Microsoft tool.

1) My ethernet is connected. I am still getting emails, so I know the connection is there. My TOR browser works, although a bit slower.

2) I don't think it is the drivers since I managed to download WIN11 driver updates from Dell, the maker of my computer. For ahile, the performance seemed normal, then it popped again. It takes 10 minutes to even open a browser window with Edge. But, sometimes, llike now, I get a period where it works normally. When the internet is not working, I also notice that certain apps which are not connected to the internet also don't open. Maybe they are trying to retrieve info from the cloud.

There may be some serious flaw in the WIN11 OS which I hope can be corrected soon. Otherwise, I will be forced to downgrade to WIN10, but that will require a clean install, since I am past the 10 day mark of installation of WIN11. What can I do to fix this without going back to WIN10 and rebuilding my App profile over again?

1. What is the complete model number of your computer?
2. Do you see red mark on the Sound icon from the taskbar?

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to remove the traces of Realtek software from your computer completely by
fixing problems that blocks programs from being installed or removed.

Then, please follow all the steps mentioned in How to: Install and Update Hardware
Drivers in Windows 10 and check if this helps.
