Windows 10: Unable to Boot OR Reinstall Windows after receiving a PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA error.

While working within Visual Studio 16.10.2, on Windows Version 21H2 - WIndows displayed a BSOD with the PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA error. I had been working on the machine all week/day up until this point without any issues, and this installation of windows was less than a week old.The machine got stuck in a boot loop for several minutes after this error, before eventually reaching the startup repair screen. I was able to reboot from here a few times and even login to Windows, but very shortly afterwards the machine would then reboot again by itself presumably BSOD, but no Blue Screen would

Receiving errors when installing 1607

I received suggestions to uninstall the updates and thry and reinstall and to try and install after a clean boot. Neither one of these worked. Neither KB321120 or KB3213986 were listed to uninstall. When I did the clean
boot and tried the installation I received the same errors 0x8e5e03fa. The errors occurred after it showed 8% downloaded. I welcome other suggestions.
