Windows 10: Unable to boot windows - crashes and restarts at logo

Recently my PC crashed and on the restart it went to recovery optionsI attempted a repair, however the pc restarted and would loop displaying the windows logo for 1 second before crashing againI've tried booting from a USB to repair my computer and no luckI've removed the SSD with windows on it and it still won't bootIt'll just display the windows logo for a second and crashRan a memtest - no errorsReset the CMOS and tried doing a clean install of windows on another USB, still no diceI've checked all the cabling and trying out with different hardware, and still have the same issueClosest I've

Hi Callum,

There are several reasons why your PC isn't booting properly. One of which is because of broken boot data configuration components. To isolate the issue, we highly suggest you to boot your PC in Safe Mode. Given that you cannot access the setup screen, please
follow these steps:

Do the improper shutdown process:

• Turn on your computer.
• When the Windows logo is visible, unplug the computer. Do this thrice.
• At the 4th boot, simply wait for the Windows Recovery Environment window to appear.

After doing the improper shutdown process, please follow these steps:

• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot.
• Click Advanced options then, Startup Settings.
• Click Restart.
• Once the PC has restarted, press the F4 key to boot in Safe Mode.

What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
