    Age Restriction

    The age restriction is 18 is most regions. If you are > 18 and your age is correct i your account details, login and promote your account to an adult account:

    Based on the description you posted, it seems that you have an issue with MS Office wherein even though you are in the above age limit you are still unable to access Roblox. As it gives you the same error message "Ask for permission You'll need to ask an adult in your family if you can use."



    Let’s work together in finding the best solution to this issue.



    For me to better understand the issue, I’d like to ask a few questions:

    • When did this issue occurred?

    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?





    In the meantime, we would like you to try the steps provided down below:

    If you're over the age limit and still can't access Roblox, it's possible that your account has been restricted. Enabling Account Restrictions will limit play to only experiences that are recommended for All Ages through their Allowed Experiences controls.



    You can check if your account has enabled Account Restrictions by following these steps:

    1. Log in to your Roblox account.

    2. Click on the gear icon at the top right corner of the page.

    3. Click on "Privacy" tab.

    4. Check if "Account Restrictions" is turned on.

    Hello, I just read a question which stated that anyone over the age of 18 is considered an Adult Account. I am 18 and I have child restrictions on my account. My birthday is set to the correct day/month/year. How can I change my account to an Adult account?
