Windows 10: Unable to buy items off Microsoft Store due to a region/credit card mismatch

Hi everyone,So as the title says I'm unable to buy stuff off Microsoft Store as I have a credit card issued in country A, my laptop has been bought in country B therefore I have this country B set as my region in the settings, and I'm currently staying in country C, which is NOT my country of residence, so I have no intention of changing my region to country C as I'm moving to country D in less then a month. How do I sort this out if I need to buy an item off Microsoft Store asap and I don't have a credit card issued in country B where I've bought the laptop and I'm not going to get a credit

Nope, I'm unable to buy paid apps from phone. When I try to add credit card details it displays a form with US as country (No option to change).

Curacao is an autonomous country and does not appear in the list o regions of Microsoft. I cannot buy any of your products on line because if this. my credit card is from curacao.

 

Deleting a credit card

Hi Melonie,

If you are unable to remove the credit cards you've listed under Payments & Billing, try updating your payment method by following the steps indicated on this

link. If that didn't work, kindly retry removing your credit cards after 1-3 days.
