Windows 10: Unable to buy Minecraft?

So yesterday I tried buying minecraft after trying it for a while with a cracked version, but it wouldn't let me purchase it. I triple checked the card number and everything, but I still can't purchase the game. I used a mastercard gift card, which is registered and everything with 30 dollars on it, so there is definitely enough money. Can anyone help me?

It's not something I have any direct experience with but a quick read suggests to me that you will not need to do Much if any reconfiguration of the existing server
