Windows 10: Unable to captures clips with xbox game bar, I have a compatible GPU with updated drivers.

I posted this in feedback hub a week ago but never got a response, so I'm trying again here:I read this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/friends-social-activity/share-socialize/pc-hardware-requirements-for-capturing about my problem and it says that if I have a supported video card for game clip captures with updated drivers and still get the error, to send a message support. I have a RTX 2080 max q, and I know it is compatible because it used to capture clips perfectly fine through game bar. But I had an issue with my OS install drive and had to transfer everything to another drive,

I truly understand that you are having an issue with Xbox game bar that is not showing any captures , let's work on this together for us to fix the issue.



Kindly follow the steps below that could possibly fix the issue.

Fix 1 : Enable game bar in settings

• Go to Settings
  
• Then click Gaming icon to continue.
  
• go to the Game Bar panel, make sure the option Record game clips, screenshots, and broadcast using Gaming bar is on.

Unable to "move" Captures folder for Xbox Bar Captures

I am unable to follow those steps. As I mentioned, there is no "Captures" folder. It points directly to the temp folder, and there is no Captures folder for me to edit. When I go into the properties on the temp folder, I have no "location" tab, so nothing can be changed.

If you don't have one- create one.

I suggest you create a captures folder in Videos, and use the dialogue to point to it.
