Windows 10: Unable to cast to Sony TV from WiFi connection in Windows 11 Home

While connected to my network from the WiFi connection, the Cast to Device application fails to connect.When I switch my connection method from WiFi to Ethernet, Cast to Device works.All the network setting and properties between the adaptors are exactly the same. There is something blocking the communication, but I can't discover from where is happening.Also, from my Windows 10 laptop, the WiFi connection for Cast to Device does work. Does Windows 11 Home add a new security service and or application that might be the blocker? Maybe something in the firewall?The firewall setting looks right t

Cast to lg tv win 11

Windows 11 dell xps 13 9310 casting to lg nano tv , my laptop cast to the lg tv then after 5 seconds disconnects, occasionally it will stay on all day and then start doing this, now I cannot connect at all for more than 5 secodns. Casting to the tv seems to turn off the tvs wifi connection. Both use the same 2.4 g connection, have re started routers, have unplugged tv, have removed wifi saved connections and re done them....nothing seems to fix this?

My other laptop will cast and uses windows 11 ok however my problem la[top also worked well for 2 days then started doing this.

All my laptops and tvs are pretty new ie less than 6 months old.
