    Unable to change the installation hard drive in Xbox App on PC, Windows 11


    Problem: In the Xbox App on Windows 11, I am unable to change the setting to change the folder and/or drive of games by default. Where I am finding this setting is -Settings-General-4th option downBackground: -This is a reinstallation of Windows 11 on my home PC-My user has full administrative access/control of this computer-Windows is installed on my SSD C:. I have games installed previously before my windows reinstall through this Xbox app on my other hard drive D:Wanted result: I would like to change the folder for default installation to be on the D: drive, which will also hopefully

    2. I did all of those prior to posting on this community and in case you missed the OP

    I also suggested this due to how moving a game from an SSD to HDD can affect it's speed. But I do understand why you want to have Windows on an SSD for the same reason, at least until you can get a larger SSD that can keep your games with Windows on the faster drive.
