    Hi,

    I had advice on a subforum - that has messed up my W10 accounts - can someone help.


    There was advice to change from on-line to local - in order to make a change then go back to on-line

    When I try to change back to on-line it advises password wrong, I am 100% using correct pwd .... and it has worked daily with no issues until this chnage.

    I don't want to use the 'reset password' feature as I'm concerned it might screw up the other W10 PC in the house.

    I tried a system restore that failed, and now all other 'restore points' are gone.

    Remove account

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
