Unable to click anything on Windows 10

A while ago I first encountered an issue with Windows, it'd only allow me to click things on one program only, and it's random. So, let's say I have Spotify and Edge open, I can click things on Spotify, but not on Edge or any other aspect of Windows. The only current way I have to fix it is by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete. And it only temporally fixes the issues, after a couple minutes it'll return to the same broken state and only let me control one program at a time and nothing else. I'm unsure if this is an issue with Windows itself, or if it's caused by some hardware issue I have that I do

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
