Windows 10: Unable to click certain options on folders and other programs

Hi all,Bit of a weird one! I recently got a new laptop Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 running windows 11 and I have one slight, but very annoying issue. On some windows such as folders and certain programs, it seems I am unable to click certain options. They're not greyed out, it just doesn't register me clicking them.For example with the images I've attached. If I'm on paint and I try to save a screenshot, I'm unable to click any of "Save, Don't Save or Cancel". The only way to select these is to use the tab button to run through the options and then click enter on what I want.Another example

Unable to Pin Certain Programs to Start Menu

Thanks for your replies guys. I am now able to file the FileTypesMan when I do a search in the Start Menu, however, the app is not displayed in the Start Menu alphabetical list. Why is that?

 

Unable to access internet with certain programs

I have a Compaq Presario CQ62 running Windows 10. I am unable to access the internet with a couple programs. I downloaded the update from Windows 7 to 10. Everything runs fine but HP's support program and Print Shop V22.

I googled the problem and tried some of the suggestions listed, but I still can't access the internet. I am using Firefox and it connects fine along with Norton Internet Security. Any suggestions?

I use Intel's official driver support assistant to update my drivers.

I used driver store explorer as suggested by you. Here's what I got. It shows only one installation of Intel's graphics drivers. imgur.com
