Unable to click inside the rightmost area of the screen

Windows is preventing me from clicking or interacting with anything inside a column of the screen approx. 1/4 of the screen's width, 100% of the screens height, on the right hand side. Restart has no effect. Occurs on multiple applications. Display drivers are up to date.Help would be immensely appreciated.

    :)
