Windows 10: Unable to click on any windows except the top one

Occasionally when I leave my computer on without using it, when I come back I will be unable to select any of the windows besides the one on screen. I can't use the taskbar and if I Alt+Tab the window I choose won't work until I go back to the original one and close it. Also, the entire desktop will not be clickable even if I close all windows. I have to Alt+F4 to shut down because the Windows button on the Taskbar doesn't work. The only thing I can think of for what might cause it is I accidentally left a game running while I was gone the last time it happened. I don't know if I had a game

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows Mobile Device Center on Desk Top

Since you already tried the compatibility settings and other troubleshooting steps, we suggest that you uninstall the newest update to isolate the issue. Kindly follow the steps below:

• On the Search bar, type in Programs and Features and select the top most result.
• On the left menu, select View installed updates.
• Right click on the newest update and click Uninstall.

Monitor the Windows Mobile Device Center and see if there are any changes. If possible, try to reinstall the update and see if the Windows Mobile Device Center will still work.
