Windows 10: Unable to come out of safe mode after selecting Aactive directory repair

Hi, I went to system configuration>Boot>Boot optins>and selected active directory repair.My system restarted later it has asked for account password I tried with all my passwords but it is not accepting. I have only one option visible. i. e restart. After pressing restart my system is going to loop. I am not finding way to come out of safe mode. Here I attached the screen shot. Could you please help me to fix this issue. Thank you

Safe mode problems

Yes normal mode works, cant figure how safe mode doesn't work out for me except while in directory service repair mode and using diagnostic mode in ms config to boot to safe mode, pretty weird, it got me stumped

I understand that as repeating the basic problem. Is that what you mean? I can't tell you why- some sort of corruption- hence all the steps I'm suggesting. Please try each in turn.

The first are to check for basic forms of corruption and so proceed onwards in order.

 

Safe mode problems

Hmm no viruses here, and how do I repair these corrupted files, if so via the win xp cd repair disk? I don't like reformatting because its hard for me to back up all data, although I have my windows on a seperate partition but, formatting is my last resort... Any opinions/suggestions would do... Thanks

P.S. It might take me a while b4 I can post back again, gonna be busy with work soon.

Or run safe mode in directory services repair mode *Smile hehe anyway, just wondering why this happend... On it's first clean install after rebuilding the system, I can go to safem mode easily with no problems. Sigh I just thought I disabled some Services under the services.msc so It won't go to boot at normal safe mode.
