Windows 10: Unable to connect Galaxy S24's phone to Windows 11 for file transfers

I tried... different cords, different usb port, usb3, another computer same result, resetting apps on phone, enabled "transferring files" in usb configuration, phone is using MTP. Installed Samsung_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones on Windows 11. In MTP mode Device Manager display two devices OTA1 & SSP1 that are "working properly," but Window's will still not display the D: drive in Explore. When switching to RMNET+DM+MODEM+ADPL mode. Windows recognize the change and display different drivers. But, here it says that SAMSUNG_Android driver is missing. I first tried installing it directly

Microsoft display adapter not working with Samsung Galaxy s24+

I recently bought a Galaxy S24+, and it refuses to connect to the Microsoft Display Adapter_23. Holding down the screen view tab in settings in the phone, the MDA prompts to enter a passcode of numbers into the phone. The MDA the shows connecting to Galaxy S24+, the screen goes black as if it's gonna work, returns back to the screen stating connecting, back to the black screen, repeatedly until it just returns to the main screen Ready to Connect. The MDA works perfectly on my Xperia XA2, without issue. It recognises the phone and connects within seconds. Why won't the expensive Samsung phone connect fully? Why is it recognised by the MDA, yet fails to connect? I'm thinking of returning the Samsung as it will not do the job I need it for. Thank you for any help and assistance.

Those are essentially the same steps I showed in Post #11 for my Samsung phone. It is important after the phone is connected to the PC with a USB cable to swipe from the top of the phone screen to show the notifications. If you can't connect the phone to your PC with a USB cable then the easiest way to get the screenshots from your phone to your PC is to email them to yourself. I just opened my Gmail account on my phone, created a new email, attached the screenshots to it, and emailed them. When I opened the email on my PC I selected to to download the attachment. Note the attachment was a single zip file with the screenshots inside.
