Windows 10: Unable to connect IP driver. General failure what do I do?

It all started when I got a blue screen, entered safe mode to trouble shoot fixed it and now I have a missing Wi-Fi problem went to YouTube to find out and now I’m stuck.

General-Failure while Pinging to Default Getaway - Internet works on machine

So I am encountering a strange problem in my laptop - windows 11.

The problem

I have general-failure while pinging to other machines on my network.

I am connected to the network with WIFI.

I have ping to external Ip like (1.1.1.1), But general Failure when pinging 192.168.0.1 (works from other devices)

As well in my VMware when I run machine in bridge mode I have connection to Default-GW .

What I Tried

• Disabling all fire wall setting windows
  
• adding inbound outbound rules to allow icmpv4
  
• Running the following commands: netsh int ip reset c:\tcp.txt , ipconfig /flushdns
  
• I have enabled network discovery
  
• Disable DHCP and Tried to check the problem with static Ip v4

Unable to Connect to Internet After Windows 10 Update

• What is the make and model of your computer?
• Does the issue persist when you try to connect through wired connection?

I suggest you to try the methods below and check if it helps.

Method 1:

If issue persist, I suggest you to follow method 2.

Method 2: Update Network Adapter.

Follow the steps below:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  Expand Network Adapter.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and select Update.
  

If issue persist, I suggest you to follow method 3.

Method 3:

Step 1: One of the components of the Internet connection on your computer is a built-in set of instructions called
TCP/IP. TCP/IP can sometimes become damaged or corrupted. If you cannot connect to the Internet and you have tried all other methods to resolve the problem,
TCP/IP might be causing it.

Let’s reset the winsock entries and TCP/IP stack and to troubleshoot the issue further.

Follow the steps:

• 
  Press Windows Key + X together and select
  Command Prompt (admin).
  
• 
  Type the following command and hit Enter after each:
  
  • 
    netsh winsock reset catalog (reset winsock entries)
    
  • 
    netsh int ip reset reset.log hit (reset TCP/IP stack)
    
• 
  Reboot the computer and check.
  

Step2: Flush your computer's DNS cache.

• 
  From Start screen, type command prompt.
  
• 
  Right-click on Command Prompt and choose
  Run as Administrator.
  
• 
  At the command prompt, type the following commands. Press Enter after each command.
  

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /registerdns

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew
